By using FameMax (the website and the app) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

FameMax provides social media marketing services delivered through third-party networks. Results such as reach or engagement depend on many factors outside our control, so we don't promise any particular outcome beyond the quantity described on each service.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit links to content you own or are authorised to promote.
• Keep the account or post public and unchanged until the order is complete.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, hateful or misleading, or in ways that break the rules of the platform involved.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of the social media platforms you use.

Orders and wallet

• Prices are shown before you order and are charged from your wallet balance.
• Wallet balance can be used for any service but cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
• Orders can't be changed once placed. Cancelled or partly delivered orders are refunded to your wallet as described in our Refund Policy.

Your wallet ID and recovery key

Your wallet is linked to your browser. Save your recovery key (Menu → Back up your account) to open it on another device. We can't restore a wallet without its recovery key.

We may update these terms and the services from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions: our support chat.
