Refund Policy

Wallet refunds

• If an order can't be started, it is cancelled and the full amount returns to your wallet automatically.
• If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically.
• Refunds go to your FameMax wallet and can be used for any other service.

Deposits

Money added to your wallet is not refundable to your bank account, except when a payment was charged twice or charged without being credited. In that case contact us with the payment reference (UTR) within 7 days and we'll fix it.

Refills

Services marked "refill" can be refilled from the order page during their refill period if the count drops.
